The bridge on Hartmann Road just off of Rt 68 has been closed for replacement. Please continue to drive into Evans City
and then follow the directions from Evans City, listed below.
If you are traveling south on 79, you can get off
of Exit 87, Zelienople-Harmony Exit. Turn left off of exit ramp, go across I-79 and turn right (if not you will get
right back on 79 north) At the bottom of the hill turn right onto Seneca School Road, go past the Seneca Valley School
District secondary campus. Travel about a 1/2 mile and bear right onto Hartmann Road. At first stop sign on Hartmann
turn left onto Textor Hill Road. Drive North on I-79 and take Exit 87, Zelienople Harmony Exit. Turn right onto Route 68 East.
Drive about one half-mile and turn left at the traffic light onto Hartmann Road. Drive .06 miles (passing by the golf
course) and turn right at the bridge onto Textor Hill Road. Continue approximately 0.9 miles (cresting a hill with
a sharp right turn and starting down again) to the parking entrance on the right just before the plantation house. It is a
black gravel road. Drive to the parking area behind the stable. Look for our welcome sign.

From
Evans City Take Route 528 North, also called Prospect Road and proceed approximately 1 mile and turn left onto
Textor Hill Road(Prospect Rd makes a 90 degree right curve). Proceed another mile passing the intersection with Textor School
Road. Continue on Textor Hill Road 0.3 miles down the big hill. Providence Plantation is on the left. Drive 0.1 mile
past the house and turn at the first left onto the black gravel road. Drive to the parking area behind the stables. |
